Headshot MF

From November 2013 to September 2015, Megan was a blogger at Women LEAD Nepal, a nonprofit organization that empowers adolescent girls in Nepal to be leaders through education and mentorship. In this role, she ran a weekly “Inspiring Woman Leader Spotlight” interview column to highlight the efforts and achievements of female community and organizational leaders across the world. As she conducted these interviews, she realized the relevance of celebrating women change-makers in the overall movement of women’s empowerment and decided to create a blog that achieved exactly this.
